So I finished The Indian Clerk during my holidays. From the reviews that I read, it seemed that the book was heavy on Mathematics, which is completely wrong. Well at least thats what I felt :-).
The Mathematics is not the central focus of the book, I am not complaining, after all its a novel. The book is more about Hardy than its about Ramanujan. Some of the events which deal with the Trinity college and Cambridge politics make for good reading.
Overall I would rate the book 3/5.
PS: Ran out out of petrol in my car and my cooking today and both are not available, so my energies will be directed towards getting those for a few days.
